I must say the dresses are amazing. They are elegant, sexy and correspond to the characters. The folds are well done too !
The background is absolutely beautiful ! The colours are perfect and the sky is impressive ! I always loved in your style that we see the brush's texture but it is still clean and smooth anyway.
But it is too symmetric; the characters are already centered themselves, there is no need to do the same with the background.
The scene is very romantic, the table is great and full of details, this is really looks like they have a wonderful time ! I can easy imagine this restaurant on Corneria even if there are not any elements from the Star Fox universe (Miyu aside of course).
The render of the candle is amazing, you perfectly done the lighting and this flame is wonderful !
The petals looks too flattened, it would have been nice to give them different forms and a visible shadow. The forks are a little to small but the plate looks nice with all this details on it.
The characters's shadow is nice but it looks flat too. If the sun is at the center of the scene, this shadow must be more flared. It would be nice to darken it too.
The Miyu's left hand is beautiful but its pose disturbs the perspective, it looks like the table is in vertical. It should be more flatted or just show the middle phalanges.
The wall behind the characters is really beautiful but it seems too close; I doubt they can move back their chairs and leave after this wonderful dinner.
To conclude, this is an amazing and colorful piece of art, a great fanart with an incredible ambiance. I will watch it very often !
