Andy witnessed the events that unfolded at New Prospect, wrongful treatment of people, unethical experiments, and weapons of mass destruction. Andy openly criticized the Venomian Government of its intentions and suggested better methods for better public relations. The Government arrested him and forced him to develop weapons for Bowman’s war machine. Realizing they would not listen to him, he decides that he must stop them. He defected to Crimson Fox at risk of his own life which Nora after some convincing, accepts his aid.

He is an optimistic virtuoso in engineering various machines into what he calls a work of art. He becomes flustered if his friends damage any of his equipment.

I know right. I'm trying to mix things up with my fan fic that I'm working on. Hopefully, it'll get somewhere.

Jim Carrey is great choice indeed, for Andy is planned to be a fun but somewhat crazy character. ^^

Bowman wasnt a bad guy(although he wasnt a member of Star Fox). Bowman was the only Monkey who didnt shoot Fox in the back.
